Pre-Insulated Fittings

ATC supplies Pre-Insulated Pipeline system which includes factory made fittings to match the networkrequirement. Pre-Insulated fittings can also be produced to the required parameters in accordance to the specifications of the straight pipes

Pre-Insulated Pipes

ATC Pre-Insulated Pipes are widely used for energy related applications. The main purpose of such pipes is to maintain the temperature of the fluid in the pipes. A common application is the Chilled/Hot water from District Cooling/Heating Plant. ATC Pre-Insulated Pipes and Fittings are manufactured in accordance with EN 253:2009 Standard

The Leak Detection System in ATC Pre-Insulated Pipes is an advanced monitoring solution designed to detect and locate water intrusion within the pipe insulation. It consists of cable wires embedded near the media pipe, connected to an alarm unit and monitoring software. This system enables early detection of leaks or wet insulation, minimizing condensation problems and potential damage to pipes and fittings. It is easy to install, compatible with both steel and plastic pipes, and significantly improves maintenance efficiency by facilitating fast fault detection and localization during pipeline operation.

Leak Detection System

Core Pipes are the primary service pipes used within ATC’s pre-insulated piping systems. These pipes are available in a variety of materials—including carbon steel, high-density polyethylene (HDPE), copper, PPR, and GRP—to suit different applications and project requirements. Core pipes form the innermost layer of the three-layer pre-insulated system, providing a robust channel for transporting fluids such as chilled water, hot water, steam, oil, and gas while ensuring mechanical strength and compatibility with advanced insulation and protective outer jackets.
